How can I place an order?

Whichever product you would like to buy, simply add that product to your cart. Open cart and click proceed to checkout. Then fill your address, contact details and proceed to pay. You will receive an invoice soon after you make payment on your registered email id.

How can I place a customized order?

To place a customized order you need to first tell us what you want, exactly. If you have something in your mind or a picture of the product that you want, then share it with us. You can either WhatsApp us the picture at +91 9109119440 or email it to us at care@gioteak.com. Soon after we see your requirements we will get back to you regarding the possibility of the same. If we will be able to make a similar product then we will give you a price quotation for the same. Once you approve the price quotation then we will create a listing for your order on our website. Your order is successfully placed after you make payment.

I like one of Gioteak’s sofa designs, but I have my own fabric. How can I place an order?

If you have your own fabric and want us to make your sofa, we can do that. In that case, you need to tell us which sofa you want and we will reduce the cost of fabric for the same. We will give you a price quotation and you can make payment. Then you can have to send your fabric to our address by courier. We will start making your sofa soon after we receive your fabric.  Once your order is completed we will deliver it to you, we do not charge extra for delivery.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, you can place an order by phone also. You need to call us at +91 9109119440.

Is my payment safe on Gioteak?

Yes, your payment is absolutely safe with us. For your security, we have integrated SSL with our domain. Also, all your payments are very secure with our payment gateway partner CC Avenue.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order within a day after placing it, then you can email us and we will refund the entire amount with 7-20 days. If you cancel your order after a day, then we will deduct 20% of the amount paid and refund the remaining amount.  If you cancel the order 4 days after placing then we will forfeit the entire amount paid.

How many days will it take for delivering my order?

We deliver most of the orders within 7-15 days. However, the duration may vary based upon your location. Kindly consult our team prior to placing an order for better assistance in this regard.

Is free delivery applicable to customize order as well?

Yes, Free delivery is applicable on all orders placed at Gioteak.com.

Can I get personal assistance with my order?

Yes, you can get personal assistance with your order right from the time of placing it. If you are confused over color combination or if the product is suitable for your home or not, then you can call us. You can also get regular updates about your product right from the manufacturing stage to delivering it to you.

How can I track my order?

Once we have dispatched your order we will email your tracking code and our logistic partner’s website from which you can track your order.

Where else can I buy Gioteak’s product other than Gioteak.com?

Other than our website you can buy some of our products from websites like Snapdeal, Shopclues and Paytm.

What is the warranty on my Sofa Set?

The warranty period is mentioned below the product itself. It varies from product to product kindly check it before buying the product. The minimum warranty period on Gioteak is 1 year for Sofas.

Why are Gioteak products more affordable in comparison to the other websites selling similar products?

As when you buy from Gioteak you are buying directly from the manufacturers. So the reseller’s commission is reduced from the cost, making it more affordable to the end customer.

Does less price mean poor quality?

Absolutely not! It simply means we keep our margins low.
