- Gioteak does not provide any change of mind return policy. Gioteak will not provide any refund for 'change of mind' decisions.
- Gioteak only provides refund/exchange for damaged products.
- Refund will not be provided for Minor damages however, we may arrange for repair in that case.
- If a customer gets only half product like any part is missing or receives wrong product then our team will manage to send the remaining product or provide an exchange.
- If the product ordered will be out of stock then we will inform the customer and refund the amount paid within 48 Hrs.
- A product can only be exchanged/returned if it has majorly damaged at the delivery time. So we advise the customer to check all the packages and the product from all sides at the time of delivery.
- A minorly damaged product cannot be returned/exchanged.
- A product will only be exchanged if the wrong product is delivered to the customer.
- If customers receive a product with some part missing then we will deliver the missing part to the customer as early as possible.
- All term and conditions will be applicable to all products.
